For the person in custody
Reaching Truthworks on CorrLinks
CorrLinks is the public side of TRULINCS, the Bureau of Prisons email system, and it is the one written channel a person in federal custody can open to us directly. This page gives the address to add and the exact contact name to enter.
Add this contact
The address and the name
In TRULINCS, request a new contact. Enter the email address [email protected] and, for the contact name, enter exactly Ethan Park. Ethan is our Intake and Conflicts Coordinator, and the request reaches a staff seat at Truthworks rather than one person's inbox. If the name on this page ever changes, the page changes with it, so check here before you send the request.
If you are a family member reading this for someone inside, write the address and the name on a sheet of paper and mail it to them, or read it to them on a call. Both are safe to say on a monitored line.
What to expect once the request is in
A staff member accepts the contact request, usually within two business days. After that, CorrLinks is how we confirm that we received your documents, give you a mailing address for anything you need to send, and arrange a call. Those three things are what the channel is for.
The Bureau of Prisons reads every CorrLinks message. For that reason we do not discuss the facts of anyone's matter there, and we will say so plainly if asked. We can tell you what the record shows once we have it. The attorney has to be the one to tell you what your options are.
Other ways to reach us
Mail and phone
Our mailing address is 3343 Peachtree Rd NE, Suite 145 PMB 2074, Atlanta, GA 30326. Put the register number on every page of anything you send. Your family can call (470) 470-5476 and press 1; the line is answered 24 hours a day, and a member of the team calls back within one business day.
Not a law firm
Truthworks Reentry Project is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. We prepare documents and records; you sign and file them. Only a licensed attorney can advise you on your legal options. Nothing sent on CorrLinks is private or privileged.
The person on the outside starts the matter.
Families begin with the intake form or the phone line. CorrLinks is for the person inside once work is under way.
